TASHKENT • SINCE 2010
Tradition, told in the language of today's city.
1991 Café is the first restaurant in the Uzbek modern style, where the culture of Uzbekistan unfolds through cuisine, space and atmosphere.
Why exactly
1991?
The name of the restaurant is a tribute to 1991, the year Uzbekistan gained its independence.
For us this date marks the beginning of a new era — open to the world, confident in its culture and turned towards the future. That idea became the foundation of Cafe 1991.
